Homecoming weekends. Picking pumpkins with the kids. Crisp, cool evenings. Fall is finally showing up here in Cecil County and we cannot be happier. Another rainy day with a high of 84 degrees is on no one’s wish list at this point. A friendly reminder that this time of year gets a little tricky on the roads, With the kids back in school, we are seeing more walkers on the sides of roads in our neighborhoods and streets in town. And with every passing day, we have a little less daylight with which to make them out as we commute to and from work or the store. This is a time of year that we also see a big spike in fender benders resulting from skids on wet leaves. Tis the season. If you have an concern about your vehicle’s stopping ability, you should consult your mechanic to make sure your brakes and tires are in proper order before things get slick out there. We hope everyone is having a great start to the 2018-19 school year and look forward to serving all of your collision needs throughout the year here at Purnell Body Shop.
