There are a number of aspects to operating a local small business that can leave an individual feeling pretty darn humble – and in the best way possible. In our business, we always need to evaluate if we are delivering value to our customers. It is important to be aware of the perception that clients have regarding your business. We live in a real-time world now where folks have a platform to share opinions in seconds. Information spreads quickly and if you are not running your business right, today’s hero can turn into a zero fairly quickly.

Granted, we know not every poor review written online about a local business is necessarily fair, but in our business bad reviews generally don’t happen out of thin air. Mistakes can be made. But, it has been our experience that there are ample opportunities to make things right with clients when it comes to collision repair. Communication and courtesy are key and doing work on time and on budget is always appreciated.
