As many of you know well, we take our job of providing quality service here at the shop pretty darn seriously. From ownership and management to body techs and drivers, we have attempted to build a culture at our business which is rooted in respect, responsibility, honesty and quality customer service. That is why we get very excited when we see reviews on Google like this one from the past week:

Purnell has repaired several of my cars. Their service has been prompt, thorough, and on time as promised. The staff is friendly and will go out of their way to assist you. Special kudos go to Assistant Manager Rob, who had me in and out of there today with a minor repair in less than a half hour. I would not not take my fender-benders anywhere else!        – Terry W.
